Patrick Garuk, President

Patrick Garuk has been a part of SCM Insurance Services for more than 25 years. During his tenure with SCM,  he has taken on multiple leadership roles that have helped shape the organization and lead to his appointment as President of SCM Risk Management Services (RMS).

In 2005, Patrick was appointed Chief Operating Executive of ClaimsPro Inc., SCM's independent third party adjusting company. In this position, he was responsible for running national operations and reported directly to SCM's CEO, Larry Shumka. Under Patrick's tenure Chief Operating Executive, ClaimsPro expanded from its regional operations in Alberta to become a key service provider to Canada's national insurers and corporations, operating in every province across the country. In 2010, Patrick became SCM's Chief International Development Officer and was responsible the development and implementation of SCM's strategies for internal business expansion. He played a key role in identifying, screening, and implementing several acquisitions.

In the fall of 2012, Patrick was appointed President of RMS, where he oversees risk management and inspection initiatives for clients across Canada.

Enzo Ginevro, Senior Vice-President, National Field Operations

Enzo Ginevro has been with RMS for twenty-two years. As Senior Vice-President, National Field Operations, he works alongside Patrick Garuk, President of RMS, to develop and implement business strategies and budgets for the entire organization. He works closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to ensure that revenue targets are met, and he currently handles the sales responsibilities for some of RMS' largest accounts.

Enzo has extensive experience in risk management and commercial insurance. He has worked as an Evaluation Specialist, Manager of the GTA office, Director of National Quality Control, Vice-President of Field Operations, and finally, his current position as Senior Vice-President, National Field Operations. This experience enables Enzo to understand and appreciate different departments within the company and makes him an ideal addition to the leadership team.

Enzo is known as a hard-working, involved, and conscientious leader, qualities he brings to his role as Senior Vice-President, National Field Operations. His contributions to the company's ongoing success continue to position RMS as an industry leader in risk management solutions.

Neal Muschett, Senior Vice President, National Sales and Business Development

Neal Muschett, Senior Vice President, National Sales and Business Development joined RMS in 2017. Known for his strategic and analytical approach, Neal’s ability to execute for customers has served him well throughout his career.

Neal has over 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience with global leaders in a wide range of industries. He has delivered industry-leading products for customers in the hospitality and insurance fields. He believes that understanding a customer’s needs and finding solutions that deliver on those needs is critical regardless of the industry.

Prior to joining RMS, Neal worked for a leading international insurer as the Director of Customer Experience, where he ensured exceptional customer service to Insureds and Brokers. In his six years with this insurer, Neal also held national roles as the Director of Underwriting for Personal Insurance, and as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Travel Insurance.

In his role at RMS, Neal will continue to deliver industry-leading products and he will take the lead to ensure the RMS Sales team leverages the strength and knowledge of the SCM Group of Companies to deliver for its customers.
